50% DOWN PAYMENT
We require 50% down payment of the total amount prior to the manufacturing of the goods. The 50% down payment can be deposited to our Bank Account, transferred via Gcash, or you may arrange a visit on our business address for Cash Payment. Full Payment should be made before we ship the products or upon pick-up.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
MCE do not deliver customer orders, instead, we use shipping couriers such as Lalamove, Grab, APCargo, etc. Shipping Fees are shouldered by the customer. You can also pick up your order from our Business Adress.
NO CANCELLATION
NO RETURN, NO REFUND
No Cancellation: Once you have paid the required down payment, we will begin the manufacturing of the goods. The down payment will be used to purchase the materials and goods. No Return/Refund policy: we will first talk what's the issue on your paper bag, and we will fix/replace if the error is made by MCE.
PAYMENT TERMS
The common payment terms we have is the 50% DP, and 50% balance upon pick-up or before shipping. We also offer special payment terms for bulk orders. 50% down payment is still required, but for every partial orders being delivered/shipped, partial payment must be done as well.
